HB2551 – Transparency, school bonds, overrides, funding sources – lost in the House 3rd Reading when 8 Republicans joined Democrats in torpedoing it. They were ACKERLEY, BOYER, RIVERO, SHOPE, CARTER, COLEMAN, PRATT, and ROBSON
HB2583 – Transparency in open meetings – also torpedoed by Republicans that joined Democrats. They were FANN, WENNINGER, ALLEN J, COLEMAN, PRATT, ROBSON, and FARNSWORTH.
HB2402 – Transparency, bond election pamphlet must contain disclosure of tax impact. Passed in the Senate Government Committee.
